An overview of the Embassy of the Republic of Namibia in Berlin and the eight honorary consulates in the German federal states.
The international community of states maintains an extensive network of diplomatic and consular representations in Germany. The 195 states of the world are currently represented in Germany by around 150 embassies, 170 consulates general, 13 consulates and some 440 honorary consular representations. These representations make an important contribution to maintaining and developing political, economic, cultural and social relations between Germany and the countries of the world.
The Republic of Namibia is represented in Germany by the Embassy of the Republic of Namibia in Berlin and by eight honorary consular representations in various German federal states. The honorary consulates support the Embassy in carrying out its tasks and are available as regional points of contact for citizens, companies, institutions and organisations.
